  1. You don't need the licence key anymore... When you install windows 10 (fresh) it will ask you for a key however you just skip it. Once your pc goes online it will realize your motherboards Unique id has already been activated to a windows 10 version. If that version matches the one you installed it will automatically activate! This is how Microsoft is doing it now.
  2. Your other option is this; http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-win_upgrade/how-to-create-a-bootable-iso-file-from-your/07590098-90a9-4c7e-b6fe-5ce1632daf4b this will let you make an ISO out of the ESD file. Just mount the iso by clicking on it and run the setup

  4. You should not get a reply. Just check your folder in a couple of mins to see if it starts
  5. Everyone that has it RESERVED and windows fully updated but it has not started downloading try this;
  6. Cool thats for looking. Can i ask what version your running? I'm currently running windows 8.1 Pro .. Is your current os different to that?
  7. Could someone look at the MediaMeta.xml file in the hidden folder and check if your <taskguid>6a920***-9e**-****-***c-a****415e*7f</taskguid> Is the same? The two i have checked have been the same. It would be weird if everyone's is the same though? Surley that would mean everyone could download the same one of a torrent or something?
  8. So the downloads for some people have already started. You should see a hidden folder called '$Windows.~BT' in your C drive directory if you have started to download it It seems to complete at around 6.16GB.. Well that's the highest person i know of
  9. Hi, thanks for all the replies didnt expect so many so quickly! I will give this a try later on tonight don't have time to sit down and really have a go at it right now but ill update the post later. Thanks for all the help so far
  10. Thanks for all the replies so far After fiddling with the bios it seems that the load XMP option gives you another option to enable core optimisation (Yes or no) in a popup which sync's all cores or if you select no leaves it at auto Selecting YES my turbo boost goes to 4.4GHZ while under full load over all cores using the 1.325v with temps maxing at 77c but jumping around from mid 60's to 77 ish. Selecting No turbo boost under full load only goes to 4.2Ghz and the voltage goes to 1.213v not under full load with only one or 2 cores loaded it seems to go to 4.4Ghz just not while under 100% load. Temps are Jumping between mid 50's and 60's. Is it not strange how selecting Yes add's so much extra voltage?
  11. Hi hoping you guys could give me a hand, i am using a asus z97-k motherboard with this processor the only thing i have changed in the bios is to enable XMP for my memory to run at 2133 mhz however when under load and the CPU is turbo boosting it seems the voltage on all the programs asus AI, Aida64, CPUID is going to 1.325v which i am conserned about... Does anyone know why with everything on auto, no overclock on the CPU only XMP enabled it would be going that high for turbo boost? Help would be appreciated thanks!
  12. I am using a 1TB black. Yes it does make a difference get full speed 70MB/s when moving stuff to the array then it slowly trickles off the landing disk to the array.
