A build that's better than my junk laptop, but not a 1080p ultra settings build

hello guys how are you,

i have been away for a long time off the pc parts market and gaming, and now i decided to go back for a bit of gaming because i started to get bored.

work and school pretty much nothing to do.

the title says it all, my build consists of something that gives me better performance than my laptop which is pretty old and cant run games even on low settings at 720p anymore

what i look for is to play games at low-medium-high settings at any resolution, but i want to play it without lagging or low fps such as 15-25. Back in the days i used to play league of legends with that as a beginner, and then i  realized that it was too low.

sorry for the long intro, but here is my build, and yes im going with an apu after a whole month research and I'm planning to get the build done in 1-2 weeks.

Almost forgot to say, but I'm also on a budget build considering that i just moved to another state, still looking for a job, and I need to save some money for college

put in consideration that i don't look forward to getting a rig that does 1080p ultra settings, but i might throw in a dedicated graphics card for a bit more performance after few months (4-6 months)

change that psu to any seasonic or xfx one other than that looks good

thanks for the hope :) I'm still a bit confused about the PSU as I'm hearing too many suggestions. I have the seasonic in consideration.

Edit:I don't really need that fast system boot-up or game loading, so I don't think i need a SSD  :)
