Intel SSD 750 don't work

DT1337

Hello guys, I have a serious problem.

I have the  Intel SSD 750 400GB PCIe version  and it was working fine.

Tried it on a friends Z87 plattform.

Now I have got a new  system with an Asus H97 Plus mainboard.

But the SSD won't show up in the explorer nor the bios.

The LED on the SSD will flash 1-2 times on boot, but nothing happens.

(Orange LED)

Im on the newest bios 2505.

And also installed the NVME drivers from the Intel website.

When the SSD is pluged in, device  manager will show it, but with a warning sign.

OS is Windows 8.1 Pro.

Here some more information:

8GB DDR3 Hyper X Savage (Dual Channel)

Does your board even support nvme.

Officially , only z97 , x99 and z170 boards support nvme.

And the only way to have nvme support on a board that doesn't support it is to mod the bios , no drivers can fix that ( they are meant  for those running os's prior to win 8.1)

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case
