Win 8.1 is eating my brother drivers all the time

Hey guys,

on my laptop, the printer always disappears after a certain amount of time. It is a Brother HL-2030 Series configured as a network printer on the fritzbox 7490. When it is installed, there a 2 printers installed with the same name, one for networking, the other for usb. When it disappears, the networking printer is gone. Any way to fix this? Win 8.1 is up to date, there a no updates for the driver of the printer.
