syncing sound in premier pro

So, hopefully this makes sense,

I was filming a concert and I had a camcorder continuously recording the whole thing with sound, I then have two cameras (with sound) that stop recording every 30 minutes so have to be restarted, I then also have a sound recorder that stop recording every 30 minutes so required to be restarted. all I need to do it sync all of these up in a premier timeline ready for multicam editing.

How do I do this? Is there any free plugins, as I don't want to spend money all the audio tracks can be visually synced via the audio wave forms but as I have to sync 70 diffrent video/audio files I was hopping that they may be a plugin to speed up my editing.

Thanks, Oli

You could sync by waveform in premiere pro. It may be the closest possible thing seeing how you have different starting poiints. Keep in mind that it may still lead to a desync if the video is long.

I believe plural eyes only works with final cut.

I highly doubt Final Cut runs in Windows.

So please check the product page before you comment.  And I have PluralEyes installed on Windows 10.
