Fans on Radiator

I have a small question. Does it matter which side of the radiator the fans are on? I have them pushing air into the case through the rad. Does it matter which side the fans are on? Thi sis my current airflow pattern jfNFq.png

I watched that video which is what raised the question in my mind. Does it matter which side of the radiator there on. Not if they are push/pulling Im saying does it matter if the fans are  on a specific side such as this. (Black being rad, Red being fans.)jfNYW.png
