arma 3 start up problem

last week my arma 3 was working fine but then when i go to launch it today i get this error "windows cannot access the specified device path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" what can i do i looked up ways to do it and they dont work like changing the permissions in the security tab in the properties of arma 3 PLEASE HELP.

Maybe delete the shortcut, then create another.

Try reinstalling the game. Completely wipe it from your system and you can back up your controls in appdata
