Water cooling newb.

So, as the title says ,I am new to water cooling.

At this moment, I have a AMD FX-8350 Black edition and I run it with a Thermaltake Contac 21.The temps are fairly good ,but there's no way I can overclock it, I wouldn't feel close to safe OCing it with that Thermaltake Contac 21.So,I got some money to spare and I want to buy a water cooler.

The possibilities are the following:

1. Enermax Liqmax II 120S

2. Corsair Hydro Series H55

3. Deepcool Maelstrom 120K

4. Antec KuHLER H2O 650

I tend to believe that the enermax is the best choice out of these 4, but I am not completely sure and I would like to hear some opinions.

Also, if you guys have suggestions in the price range of these 4, leave a comment with that too ,please.

NOTE: My RAM's radiators are pretty high and I most likely cannot go with any of the Noctua's air coolers. Those air coolers that I checked from be quiet and noctua won't fit and I am not willing to change the ram sticks.

Do you have a specific budget on what you can spend? and Does your case support 120mm or 140mm?

Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus, 32GB Cosair Vengenace LP 3600mhz, EVGA RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra,  Sabrent Rocket 4 1TB NVME SSD, WD Blue SN570 NVME SSD, 4TB Mass storage, EVGA 750W G2, Corsair 270R

My budget is around 85$.

Although,I live in Romania so prices will differ A LOT,because we've got huge taxes on pretty much everything...

Just to give a hint of what prices are, the Enermax Liqmax II 120S is about 70$ and the Corsair Hydro Series H55 is around 77$ or so.

As about the case, yes ,it supports 120mm radiators ,although,I am pretty sure I can get a radiator on the ceiling of the case, as I have two vent spots there.Even if it is so, I don't have the budget nor i am willing to spend that much on a AIO.

My case is a Corsair carbide spec 01 blue btw.

I'd say the Enermax cooler, or maybe even a Corsair H60. Yes I know you listed the H55 but the H60 I honestly think would give you better cooling than the H55. If possible you could always try and buy a really quiet but really efficient fan along side the cooler and it's stock fan  to make it quiet and just better in general. The H60 does come with a really good fan already though.

I am a big Corsair fan and IF I could,I would go with the H100i anytime, but I prefer keeping my money for a few days trip, simply because the -celsius per $ is not worth in my opinion.So...I am pretty sure I am going with the enermax.

Thank you for the answer!
