Anyone here using Wave Broadband? Is it better than Comcast?

I'm moving to a new place near Seattle soon and there's a local ISP called Wave broadband that seems fairly popular, but I want to know if they're better than Comcast before making the switch. I'd be overjoyed to stop giving money to Comcast, but I don't want to sacrifice my speeds to do so. Anyone have any experience with them?

Since it is competing with Comcast, it is obviously the underdog. So unless they are dumb you will more then likely receive 100 times better customer service then comcast crappy we dont actually care business model. Only downfall I see to Wave is data caps! Although there highest tier offers 1tb, everything else is a fairly average datacap which can be hit easily if you dont watch out. Pricing seems pretty competitive to comcast as well, so your only question is does data cap outweigh comcast being comcast?
