This is not my issue, but from a troubleshooting post on pcpartpicker. I thought I would post the pictures here to see if someone can help out. I will also post the link to the post in a sec.

Looks like a defective card. Tell them to RMA it.

I was thinking the same thing. I have never actually seen that before so it seemed a bit odd.

On another note, its only happening when in the bios. He can play games fine, he's tried clearing the CMOS to no avail. Could it be he needs a bios update?

hmm... I'm no BIOS expert, but a bios update would *maybe* fix the problem.

Lol yeah I just told him he could try to flash his bios. That's about the only thing I can think at this moment. Another user told him it was a short in the psu. Sorry, but that just sounded ridiculous.

Just ctrl+f 'd it and found out there's roughly 350 potatoes.
