Help with CPU/MB/Ram upgrade steps (Data/Windows/Etc)

Hey,

I will be upgrading my Motherboard/CPU/Ram. I will be going from an asrock z87 extreme 4 to an asrock x99 extreme4.

My CPU will go from i5 4670 to i7 5820k

Ram..16GB corsair DDR3 to 32GB G.skill DDR4.

What steps should I take to make the switch as easy and painless as possible? I have backed up my information (from my SSD) to my raid 1 500GB HD's.

I also installed a mirror image to the backup raid drives as well. I did this all using the windows 7 backup/restore tools.

I also used windows easy transfer to save my settings from my current windows 7 installed on my SSD, and saved the file on my backup HD's.

Lastly, I have created a windows 7 repair disk and found my windows 7 sp1 recovery disk.

I have read that I should pre install my X99 asrock extreme4 driver before I do the switch. Is this true?

Just looking for some advice to make this easy.

Thanks guys
