Metallic sound on G710+

Temuka

Hello everyone! I just received my brand new G710+,this is my first mechanical keyboard and I'm extremely happy with it,but 2 keys on keyboard ( M & 0 ) have this annoying metallic sound, there is no difference in typing experience, switches work great. I took off the keycaps and found that it makes sound even from touching the switch very gently,so I think problem is in spring itself. Since i can't send the keyboard back,I thought maybe I will change switches with button I never use ( scroll lock, print screen)  So should I do unsolder/soldering process or there is some any other easy way ? thanks in advance

If everything is working fine, I think it's better to see if they will replace it or just deal with it. Imo it's not worth it to have to desolder/solder new switches.

That's not supposed to do that....
