screen got weird after trying to install updates

Hi guys. Im not sure if this is the right topic for me to post my question but i need help.

I was trying to install some updates on my windows (not important ones) and something failed. After that my icons got really weird. Looks like they were pushed to the left getting hidden and the icon tray somehow got away.

Also, everytime i try to open lets say Google chrome, i cant see that windows. Same happens when i open the explorer (like "my documents").

(The icons you see like TeamViewer were also hidden but i managed to pull it from aside)
