Budget monitor India

I'll be using this monitor for gaming (FIFA,battlefield), watch movies work etc. I have a budget of RS.10000(INR). I can only buy them from one of the three websites below. So far I have these two monitors in mind, can someone please suggest which one I should go for as the prices and the monitors available here are much different than elsewhere. Also I did try the dell s2240l and I did experience quite a bit of ghosting on FIFA because of which I had to return mine.

Looking for suggestions if there are better than these above ones available, if not advice on which of these to buy?
