PC Restarts on power fluctuation

My config is Gigabyte b85m motherboard, i7 4790 cpu , asus strix 970, corsair vs 650 psu

problem is when light goes off my pc works fine on my ups but when light comes back it gets restarted  its causing problem when light fluctuates.. i have changed my ups 3 times but same issue plzz tell me is something wrong with my psu or motherboard... power is 220-230 v
