Water cooling help

I don't know what parts I need (specifically) and some parts of the procedure for a hard pipe build I plan on doing. Any help?

I have a Gtx 970 acx 2.0

Intel 4790-K 1150 socket

Hard pipe is a headache

 

I'm guessing this is your first watercooling build. I suggest flexible tubing for beginners - even linus said that in his hard-line video on monday
