Go to solution Solved by Speedbird,

so reformat the first one(disk 0 partition 1) and ill be good or will i need to reformat disk 0 par 1 disk 1 par 1 aswell sorry for all the questions

No. You make a CD of GParted Live, boot into it, and create a new GPT partition table on disk 0 (the SSD). Your hard drive will be untocuched, but everything on the SSD will be lost. You can GParted Live at http://gparted.org/download.php

i thought i might have and some virus/malware ext. on my computer so i went a little delete happy with files, and might have deleted some important files. when/if i do reintall it will i have to put all the MOBO drivers back on and stuff? also i have and extra HDD, if i wanted to wipe that clean do i just right click it and hit reformat will that take care of it? i rember when setting it up me and my friend had to go in and set it up or something

Yes. You'll have to reinstall everything you want back on the new install.

Yes and yes. But you don't have to wipe your extra HDD to get a fresh Windows installation.

When you reformat, the drive will be ready to use. Also, if you have any programs installed on that HDD, you have to reinstall them after installing Windows.

Yep, disk 0 is the SSD. And apparently you need to erase the partition table, since you installed it into MBR while your mobo needs GPT. You need a live CD of Linux for that.
