Online Images Graphical Glitches

Guilty Baby

Recently I have noticed that images online started to exhibit graphical glitches while browsing. Tried different browsers. Any ideas why? It's really annoying especially when I'm trying to find wallpapers. Screenshots below.

That doesn't look good, but if it were a hardware thing I don't understand why you'd be seeing corrupted screenshots.

I'm guessing that all the browsers you've tried have tried to use GPU acceleration. Try reinstalling your Nvidia drivers.

I think it's the image files themselves being corrupted when my browser downloads them from the servers somehow. I downloaded one of the images that were corrupted and attached it below, so if it's corrupted for you then that is confirmed.

I thinking it might be my crappy router that has been acting up lately... could it be?

It might be, but IDK. This is really weird.

As for that image:

snip

It's torn in the middle and has grey in the bottom.

Could this be packet loss?

Make sure you have 32-bit Java and try http://pingtest.net a couple times. Post results here.

Doesn't appear to be that. :(

It appears the successful ping test has solved the issue magically. I'm sure it'll come back like it did before.

But the packet loss test didn't run, because something's not happy with Java. Or the entire site might just be broken. It's never worked for me.

If you try watching YouTube, do you experience any problems with the video being distorted and stuff?

Well, I'm following.

I changed my router and lan cable but... IT RETURNS!

Although the image glitching isn't consistent now. Also sometimes GIFs don't load fully and cut halfway. Did I mention flash breaks sometimes too?

It doesn't seem to be packet lost either:
