Is my PPD low?

I'm new to folding and just started.  After a few minutes, the client estimates my PPD to be around 10k.  Compared to other people, this seems to be pretty low for my i5 and 280X.  What is going on and what can I do to optimize my PPD?

 

Never mind.  The client just updated to around 94K.  Sorry about that.

i5 4670k (can OC to 4.4Ghz) - Hyper 212 evo w/ AC MX2 - XFX Radeon R9 280X - 8GB ADATA XPG V2 DDR3-1600 - MSI Z87 G41 - Corsair CX600M 600W PSU - 1TB HDD - 120GB SSD

You sometimes have to wait a little while for PPD to become accurate.

Wait at least 30min for the ppd to get to the normal.
