First System Build "The Black Devil"

Hi Guys, I'm doing my first system build and just wanted to check if my components were the best chose.

I'm building this for 3 reasons.

1 to play GTA 5 when it comes out.

2 to torrent files.

3 content consumption, I plan to use it as a media pc as well.

Any kind of changes and recomendations are welcomed as i'd love to know were I can improve the system. As I am at my budget of $2500. Oh and I live in NZ so thats why prices suck.

Why do you need wifi? Kinda doesn't add up with the torrent stuff, imo.

Maybe LAN's. That;s the only reason I have one is in case I forget an Ethernet cable and go to a LAN party

Well, I to go to LAN's, but I mean how many times will you forget to pack a ethernet cable, when you are already packing all of the rest of your cables for the LAN. Personally I can't see how you could forget such a thing, but might just be me

I forget one every now and then, also a friend may forget a ethernet cable so I'll sacrifice my cable I brought for them

For a cheaper budget I managed to squeeze in a i7-4790k and a GTX980. I'd drop the Wifi, get the H440 instead of the Air 540, Get a 3TB WD Green drive (dirt cheap) and replace the H100i with a H105.

NCASE M1 i5-9600k  GTX 1080 FE Z370N-WIFI SF600 NH-U9S LPX 32GB 960EVO

I'm a self-identifying Corsair Nvidia Fanboy; Get over it.

Wifi card is due to its expected location, no Ethernet available. AC wifi is pretty good these days anyway.

I was thinking of that drive too but it's only $10 difference :(

Man you're lucky!!! I7 would cost me $160 more. H440 $70 more. 3TB isn't enough storage and the H105 costs $10 more too. :(

Is there any cheaper or better motherboards out there? And is there any air coolers that have better performance for an OC 4690k vs an h100i?

Thanks

H440 retails at $99 while the Air 540 retails at $129, how does that work? And tbh the H105 is worth it - my H100i as well as a few other forum user's H100i's have had leaking / broken pump issues.

I have the Air 240 :) (Nz prices are shit too)

I was thinking about getting the H105. It clean and has those color accents which will tidy up the build
