Low Performance on Dreamfall Chapters Book one

My pc specs are MSI r9 270x,amd 8350 4ghz,8 gb ram,i get 15-20 fps outdoor and 30 fps indoor in Dreamfall Chapters.My gpu and cpu is working fine.I get 60 fps in Shadow of Mordor at 1080p high settings.

I'm not familiar with the game, but it sounds like the game only uses one core on your CPU. Have you tried to achieve any higher over clocks on your 8350, such as 4.2Ghz-4.5Ghz
