The main Problem I have been having with this system is that its a DUST MAGNET

The pictures below are taken 3 weeks after cleaning up the system!

I KNOW ITS REALLY DUSTY! I just cleaned it up again after I took the photos.

Lately I have been having some issues with the computer; Have gotten bluescreens 3 times or so, the system sometimes running hotter than I want etc

I am also trying to upgrade components of the system.

Mainly the computer case, The graphics card, new cooling system (and maybe a new motherboard + CPU? would that benefit me at all?)

Im mostly a gamer who streams and sometimes renders short videos occasionally.

The system has been great for me for the past 3 years.

What do you guys think?

What parts would you suggest?

If you can find the main issue for those bluescreens and somehow fix that then maybe just upgrade your GPU to a 970 or an amd 290, everything else seems fine to me unless you wanted to go to the newer range of CPU's (i7 4970k or i5 4690k)

Yes Yes Legalize Gay Marriage sure, but have you ever considered Weaponizing Gay?

The hottest thing and the thing slowing it down the most is the GPU so update that because MB + CPU.

and the dust problem, well add fan filters.

After you dust off all your system, if the CPU temp is still high, maybe you need to replace your thermal paste.

It's what you get with an open-air case design. Maybe go for something like a H440 with some Corsair SP Fans to keep positive pressure and to keep the dust out?

yeah I will definitely be changing the case in the near future.

I think I will be getting the new gtx 970 maybe or even 980 do you think I might need a 850W power supply?

600W would be plenty for that setup. You've got a 750W, which is enough to power 2 GTX 980s + the rest of your build :)
