Good map making or development kit

I recently was playing around with Source SDK, and I personally think its really neat.

 

I tried unity, personally it isint really my style. Im not that big into C++/C/C#. I am good in Lua though.

 

Hammer reminds me of some old Quake 3 map editor, I cant remember the name of it but its rather simmilar.

 

I used unreal a bit on my old laptop, I find the map making somewhat easy but it has alot of fancy advanced stuff. So far I really like the Source SDK.

 

 

Any suggestions on map making or development kits? Im interested in map making/modeling and im pretty good at it (I used a modeling software to make some spaceship models and stuff for a friend, he really liked them.)
