Samsung 840 evo read/write speeds not normal

Go to solution Solved by SeanBond,

I have a samsung 840 evo 120GB. I just did a clean install of Win 7 64bit. I download samsung magician and set up the SSD again. I optimized the OS for maximum performance, put in in RAPID mode, and optimized performance. Then I restarted my PC and test the drive speed. This showed up:

Is this normal? Or is Samsung Magician really screwed up?

It's just rapid mode ram caching the test. Annnnnd that is the only performance benefit as of now. It pretty much shows ram speed. There is literally no benifit in the real world to rapid mode im afraid. I have done the research when I got my evo drive and results seem to show it's a slower mode.
