Speakers crackle due to USB power

I got some cheap speakers for easy travelling with my laptop however when the USB port on my laptop powers them they start to crackle. Its not the 3.5mm jack causing it and i added some magnetic shielding to the speaker and it still crackles. I powered it via a power bank in the same place they crackled on laptop so I dont think it is any magnetic interference problem.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
