my I7 4770 3.2Ghz (not overclocked) is 53 degrees celcius without anything running

can someone help fixing this problem PS i use the coller that's included by the proccesor.

Try re-seating your cooler. Also what's your ambient temperature?

assasin my ambient temperature is around 30 degrees so i dont understand it gets so hot
