Desktop speakers under 175$

I have everything i want for my computer except desktop speakers. I am in college as an engineer so i don't have an enormous amount of money left after building my PC. Anyone have some suggestions? 

ProMedia 2.1 Computer Speakers by Klipsch are supposed to be pretty good from what i saw on amazon.

​The Kanto Yu5 Speaker system is 40% off on mass-drop but cost 250$. Would they be worth the extra 75$?
