5760x1080p gaming

Initially, when I first got it around launch/release, I was able to run it in surround mode with my HD6970, proof that I'd done it is right below:

But strangely, after upgrading to a pair of HD7970's, I tried Skyrim again and surround support went the way of the DoDo. I was never able to get it to run in surround after that, and I sort of lost interest in the game.

Nice with the pictures for demonstration :) That sounds really werd that it stops working with crossfire enabled, but then again Skyrim isn't very good optimised. Do you get any game performance increase was my initial question :) Because I didn't notice any difference with another HD7850 (my old rig with crossfire)

Yes, it is....especially if you're pushing higher than 1080P gaming, like 1440P/surround gaming/4K, you're going to need all the GPU grunt you can muster. As for SLi (or CF for the matter), most games have no problem with SLi, granted some don't....but these are a great minority. Most games work with SLi, I've been  playing games with my SLi'ed GTX670 and the only game where I see negative scaling was Shadow Warrior when I'd just started playing it, it's much better now though (after some driver updates and perhaps a game patch).
