i could get my 6670 2gb and a Core 2 Quad q6600 & ASUS P5KPL-AM, The Core 2 Quad for 45,99€+35€ for the motherboard, that would give me the option to run a server of some sort aswell.

Yes they are, http://www.amazon.de/90MB0IA0-M0EAY0-Mainboard-Sockel-Sempron-Speicher/dp/B00ISRIRQ6/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1398109752&sr=1-2&keywords=am1 . Do these motherboards have a soc chip on them? im really confused some say it has a soldered on cpu and some say they dont.

Project black out: cpu: athlon x4 750k @4.7ghz, Mobo: asrock fm2+ a55 vg3+, ram: 1x 8gb hyperx 1866mhz, video card: 1x saphire radeon r9 270x, Storage: 1tb hdd ssd in the future,  cooling: 2 noctua 120mm fans 1 on rad one front intake.

Nah, i have my gaming system for gaming, dont want to play on a 800x600 beamer either lol. [(Latency of a dell 4k Monitor lol)Maybe less because logan described it as "beeing hard to move the mouse because of the input lagg"]

Seriously have a look at the AM1 motherboard (something like GIGABYTE GA-AM1M-S2H with hdmi output if you need them) + cpu combo (Athlon 5350 maybe). No need to buy separate cpu cooler. A 250w psu will work just fine

Cool, i actually have a 300W psu or something that powered my old athlon x2&hd 4300

To be honest you could use a 50w psu with a tdp of 25 lol :-)

This may actually get cheaper than i thought, 72,93€ + my current 8 gigs of G.Skill RipjawsX 1600 Memory (Im buying Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracers for my upcomming build so i dont need them anymore)

I quite like the first build, it's very cheap and it'll be quite responsive, but is your CPU passively cooled? It'll make it very quiet

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Not sure how to check what part works with what? Check out my compatibility guide!
