Internet slow in new Build..

Hey Guys..
So just built a new system, my second one and the internet is working but really slow. It's fine on my other PC's but its taking about 30sec's to load google.
I've reinstalled all my motherboard drivers twice.
Reinstalled Chrome and tried an older version even ie.

Could my motherboard be faulty?
Could my windows 8.1 install possibly stuffed up?

Did you run a speedtest? Is your network adapter properly configured with all it's drivers installed correctly?

Try turning off any other devices on the network. My network is clogged as fuck and I'm always on the shit end of the bandwidth sharing :/

Maybe that's you.

Go to Device Manager > Network adapters make sure only the latest motherboard drivers are installed and not any default ones that may get installed when no driver is detected.  Had this happen before and it was a driver issue.

EDIT: Just to be sure just uninstall anything that is listed under Network adapters and reinstall the network driver for your motherboard assuming you are getting the latest drivers from the website and not using the disk.

EDIT: What motherboard do you have?
