Looking for a good headphone amp for HD650s. budget is around the $300-$350.

Same as all the other people, o2 amp. You don't even need the ODAC, just the amp. It'll cost around $140-150 after shipping from Mayflower. Spend the rest on something else.

Honestly depending on the source (hence how much background or static noise it produces), you really shouldn't even need an amp (assuming you can already achieve good volume).
