Ryzen 2200G perfomance

So i want to buy cheap budget pc with Ryzen 3 22000g that has Vega 8 a.k.a APU

combined it with Klevv 16Gb 3000mhz. how well can it run fortnite on low with 1080p?

From the benchmarks that I've seen (including this), it looks as though you will get well more than playable framerates on minimum settings for this specific title. Your mileage will vary outside of fortnite.
