Minecraft Shaders

hello i am 14 and know a little about PC's and i am wondering why i cant run minecraft shaders at a good frame rate 

 

my PC specs: AMD FX8350 cpu i have it overclocked to 4.6 GHZ 

GTX 1070 

h60 cpu cooler by corsair 

32 GB of ram 

 and i am getting about 20 FPS sometimes 30 FPS

The shader settings you have applied may be too high or the shaders just might be too high of quality. Id recommend trying to lower that. Furthermore, your cpu is too weak for your gpu.
