Microphone Not working inside CSGO

I got a new Headphone. But when I want to say something , all my teammates hear is a Hissing sound. It is working perfectly fine in Camtasia Studio, Windows 10 Voice Recorder and every other place I can Imagine. Also it's working fine in Steam Chat. Just the in-game audio sucks. 

 

I switched to Big Picture and there is a Voice Tab.

when I click test Microphone I am getting the same hissing sound. 

 

Help me Please I am going nuts.

in w10 voicesettings set ur mic to default and whatnot. also ingame there are audio options in which u can choose which input and output u want to use

1. Right-click the sound icon in the system tray (Lower-right corner with the clock, where you control your volume)
2. Click on 'Sounds', this should open the Sound Properties dialog
3. Switch to the Recording tab

Look for your headset's microphone, right-click and set it as default and default communications device. You can also change the volume/gain levels here, if you so wish.
