Wrist rest and backlight

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a ducky zero but I have been pondering something... Is backlight and wrist rest needed?

It's more of a comfort thing. If you find it comfortable, grab one. They can be had super cheap on Amazon.

idk about you but in nz i can buy a leather one for about 50 nzd, take into account usd exchange and postage maybe 20-30 usd

Well I don't know about wrist rests but the Ducky zero's do come in backlight models. Can confirm as I own a Ducky Zero Shine w/ blue leds. But the only colours that my retailer had was blue or orange. Not sure if there's more colours otherwise you'll have to step up to something like a shine 3. A backlight is not needed at all however that being said I do appreciate having it and I think it looks quite sharp. :)

Yeah I probably could, but I'm pretty specific when it comes to leather. This is a nice distressed leather, and it'll have that hand crafted touch that just can't be matched by something you buy from a store.

Plus it'll match my passport wallet, money holder, and file folder. Yeah. I know.

Wrist rests are really comfortable for gaming, but they're not really needed for typing if you type correctly. I think backlights are necessary if you play or use your computer at night.
