Windows Flicker When I Launch Steam Games

I bought a new 144hz monitor today and extended my display to 3 panels (144hz, 60hz, 60hz). But now when I attempt to launch games on steam, the initial windows won't display correctly. They just flicker on 2 of the displays like it can't decide what display they wants to show on. This happens with every game. Any ideas how to fix this issue?
