windows update broke computer

so I updated a few of my computers arounf the house including my main gaming pc and now only my main rig is is a windows 10 debug loop do I just need to reset it (taking out the other drives that don't have windows on it)? 

or is there another fix 

the other pc just let me restart anyways and then work fine but not my main computer
