i just bought a new pair of corsair void rgb wireles but they sound wired like its like not neutral idk what it can be can some 1 help me

To be honest yes thats how i fixed them,i tried several different usb ports and its fixed.
I sent a ticket to corsair support service and i explained how expensive it is to send headset to them and they just said that they gonna pay the shipment price etc all for free.
