PC Build - need help

I'm currently building a new PC and i got a great deal and i don't know what GPU to buy with it, the deal is 460 dollars for Ryzen 2600X, ASUS B450-E GAMING and HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz 16gb. I live in Sweden so buying these parts would usually go for 650 dollars. So what GPU would you guys choose and why

1: Is it really a deal? 460 dollars is around normal price if im not mistaken.

2: It really depends on your monitor setup.
  If you are just using 1 (or 2) 1080p monitors i would say the RX 580 fro around €260

  Once you go 4K I would say you go for the GTX 1070 and maybe TI. If you have some extra € i would say the RTX 2070 is also a good one.

I am using the RX 480 for 2 1080p monitors and it handles it easyly.
