Problems started when yesterday I changed the stock intel cooler for a shadow rock 2 from be quiet.. then the monitor just wouldn´t recognize the gpu so I tried changing the display to the cpu but nothing happened so took I removed the gpu and voila it works but now the pc is really slow.

Temps are no more than 35 degrees but the cpu usage can jump from low 5% to almost 100. I can see some sort of pattern to the usage but I don´t know if that means anything. it probably does though :/

The oc thing I only loaded an old oc profile (old like  only 6 months old)

Tried putting the gpu back? Because now your cpu is making all the graphics and that puts aditional load on the cpu

Still doesnt recognize the gpu but just the cpu should handle easily the display. It may be old but come on its an i5 4690k, its comparable to a ryzen 5.
