Found a 13 euro 212 EVO, but it doesn't have a backplate. The PC only has a stock cooler, does that mean that the backplate is already installed? Oh and can it take a Xeon x3430 or x3440 to 4 GHz?

stock coolers don't have backplates and they don't handle overclocking that well

Thats interesting, i have this marvellous CPU Cooler inventions, remember inventions are a thought process just playing around, okay okay right as the sorting hat ses at Hogworts, now have a look at the TR4 Wraith Ripper okay look at the copper pipes, look at the back of a refrigerator the generator what keeps a fridge-freezer cold, intergrade a refrigerator style generator to those air Coolers connecting from the generator used to keep a fridge-freezer cold Refrigerators usually use a cold gas could use cyro, by connecting from refrigerator generator to the copper pipes of a CPU air Cooler running refrigerator gas from a not a gigantic size so the copper pipe of a refrigerator generator is equal size to the CPU Cooler sending a inlet through top of CPU Cooler Wraith ripper winding through copper pipes of CPU Cooler down to the CPU parth of copper then back up via copper pipes back to the refrigerator generator, and still keep the fan of the wraith ripper noctia, that is tha big chunky thing goes on top of the CPU AMD TR4 wraithripper the one with the led lights, i thought i come up with a CPU air Cooler modification could be a way using Liquid nitrogen so no mor spillages run Liquid nitrogen from a generator sort using the copper pipes im sure they are hollow you could use to run liquid through combination of all those metal fins of the CPU air Cooler and air flow from the CPU air Cooler fan, it could work just have to carefully take one apart see if the copper pipe winds around one for input one for out put of refrigerator gas.

You need backplate to install it. It doesn't need to be one for that cooler, so any CoolerMaster backplate should do. The mounting hardware isn't universal between brands.

But could it handle the CPU with that OC? I have no reason to buy it if it doesn't cool the CPU.

It will be better than stock. How much is hard to say as I can't find any info on how hot that CPU runs with stock.
