Upgrading solutions?

Hello friend, i want to ask something. I want to upgrade my PC with new GPU and PSU, are my choise are really work so well or nothing.  

 

My old CPU spec :

CPU i3-3250

Ram 8GB ddr3 1x8

VGA GT730 DDR3 2GB

i just have HDD with 1TB storage 

 

okee, i want to upgrade my VGA to GTX 1060 3GB or RX 480. So my pc can run well or not to much? Please help me.

What is your budget. That processor needs an upgrade too.
