IMO, 60's and 70's c is perfectly fine and Intel recommends that.  It is supposed to get hot.  Plus if it reaches TJmax then the computer will shut off to save the CPU.  So ya your fine with those temps and are not abusing the CPU at all.  Just don't run synthetic benchmarks and stress tests which mean nothing.  Play a game and if your temps are 60's and 74c your in the safe zone my friend.
