im planning in buying a budget pc with an Ryzen 5 and a gtx 1050ti or 1060

but I was wondering which is best is the 1060 worth the extra money?

Yeah I noticed this but my friend has this mb and this cpu and it works perfectly fine.

 

by the way, if I order this psu can I plug it in my wall cuz I have European plugs?
