Monitors Question

Hello guys ,

So I want to buy A rog Curved 27" monitor and there is the one with freesync and the one with gsync and the price gap is very big you know

I have a 1050ti temporary until I get a 1070ti but for a while (less than 1 year) 

So guys can you give me advice should I save money to buy the gsync monitor or The one without gsync wouldnt be bad for me 

I tried looking in google and youtube but cant really understand this is the place where I really understand every time I ask a question so thank you in advance

How long would it take you to save up for a G-Sync version?  It seems you're taking a while to save up for the 1070Ti as well.

 

I'd get the Freesync so you can just start enjoying it.  Freesync is nearly as good at the FPS you'll be getting with the 1050Ti.  I assume 1080p?

That's what this meant:

 

"Freesync is nearly as good at the FPS you'll be getting with the 1050Ti."

 

It means that you'll get Freesync to stop the tearing and stuttering at the range of FPS you'll be playing in.

Note that the gsync monitor is 1440p and thw no gsync is 1080p but I dont think ill need that my only concern is gsync regarding tearing

Can you explain more , from my informations freesync doesnt work with nvidia gpu's

There are ways to force it, just google that exact phrase.

 

I can't make this decision for you, if you want to wait for a G-Sync monitor, go for it.  But I wouldn't pair a G-Sync monitor with only a 1050Ti, so get it after getting a better card.

what about I get the cheap one with only freesync and I get an amd gpu instead of the 1070 ti even though im not a big fan of amd
