Help me with first build.

I have a budget of 1000$ and I am pretty experienced in the pc world having many IT friends but have never build any pc’s myself. I am also pretty familiar with parts of pc’s so, I have a challenge for all of you. Build me an intel or amd pc on pcpartpicker.com that can run all 2018 games at 1920 x 1080p at 100FPS or higher very high/ultra settings. Thermals are very important to me so please make this pc run cool by adding good fans/parts as well. Rgb doesn’t matter to me at all. Also if you really can’t work with a strict 1000$ budget don’t be afraid to break the budget by 30-50$. Thank you very much to anyone that helps!

Pretty much all MSI motherboards use crappy VRMs with the exception of a few high end boards.

Oh gotcha. Wasnt aware that was still an issue regarding the B450 boards.
