Overclocking 4 ram sticks

So I've never had success with Ryzen  and 4 ram sticks at xmp or DOCP. But I have a z390 and a 9900k that also won't run xmp 3000mhz on 4 sticks. It will do it on 2 but not 4. Any advice?

You may need to raise the VCCIO and System Agent voltages. Try putting them a 1.15V and see if it will handle all 4 sticks
