i can go full screen on my Asus monitor , full screen works on my tv , 

if i set tv first and unplug tv and then connect the pc to monitor , full screen works

and again turn off the game and restart , no full screen 

 

any fix ?

It's usually a failsafe for the game when it detects you going to a display setting that the screen doesn't support. It's probably that your TV is set to limited color range or different refreshrate than the game has setup on the other display. 

 

This is to prevent people from not being able to launch the game due to improper settings.

i have two friends who play the same game on laptop without this issue
 

so my 1080p asus monitor is bad ? 
other games works well on this monitor 

or game has bugs ?

Do your friends swap monitors all the time as well? Did you even read what I wrote?

how do i get this working on my monitor ?

i made changes to resolution and refresh rates , custom resolutions, and  no fix

I still don't fully understand what you're doing to be honest. Please set everything to default to prevent further confusion.

 

If I get this right you have two screens, a TV you use as a second monitor and your main monitor. You've gotten the game to run fullscreen on both, but when you switch things around too much (primary display), it boots windowed?

i used my tv once for testing only , and full screen worked on the tv , and while game was running on tv , i removed the tv and connect the monitor back to pc and the game was running in full screen on monitor that time only  , 

 

now tv is not connected 

yeah u were right , when i switch back to monitor , game is not in full screen , its not windowed 

its like movie in a cinema screen , u see black border top and bottom

Are you sure it's not a 1920x1200 panel?

i check both resolution on display settings , its 1920x1200 panel 

 

i have been searching about this bug all over internet , and cant find a solution

and im not the only who has this issue 

 

you think its a bug in-game ?
