Hey guys, so my main PC i7 8700K, GTX 1080TI, 16GB RAM, AGON 240HZ

I need second PC for recording gameplays etc. rarely streaming, but maybe in future. I have to use spare parts i7 3770K, 512GB SSD M.2., Monitor some AOC 1080p.

What I care about:

-Small chassis

-Good capture card PCIe

What I need:

Capture card PCIe:

PSU:

Motherboard:

Graphics card (Not sure if need, any experienced user here?):

CPU (If i7 3770k not enough, never had AMD processor, better than Intel for recordings?):

Chasis:

RAM:

Maybe some better software for recording, not sure if there is something with better options for quality, encoding etc. than OBS. Medium range budget, not too low not too expensive.

Thanks

So you will be playing at 1080p too? 3770k can record pretty well. Struggles in the stream but that depends on the quality. You wont need a card as you can use on board.

GPU intensive, can't use it as I have almost 100% GPU load

Yes, mostly I play in 1080p since it's my my native resolution, also want to record in 1080p/60FPS. How about this Ryzen stuff? Good for recording or better invest in intel? I have 3x 3770k I can sell them all and buy one good CPU.

Question: Have you tried using Shadowplay?

Just make sure it meets the quality you expect, both recording and streaming. Aside from that, prolly a fast drive to store and edit footage on if that’s what you’ll be doing with the gameplay.
