Memtest86+?

I have been having times during gaming where it freezes and I get a buzzing sound from my speakers which is quieter or louder based on the volume of the speakers.

I've read that it could be the video card getting too hot (could very well be since this pre-built dell case doesn't have good airflow), or that it could be an issue with the ram.

I've ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics, and it found no issues. However I want to run a better utility first to see again, before I spend $$$ on a new case, and paying a tech to transplant my system for me and possibly loose a front panel USB port or two, etc.

problem is when I want to put the pre-compiled bootable ISO of memtest86 onto a USB using Rufus, Rufus says the iso image is either not bootable or uses a compression method Rufus does not recognize.

Does anyone know how to get memtest86 onto a USB, or does anyone have a recommendation for a different RAM utility which can do the same thing?
